ABOUT US

We have been into Extreme Sports and Hockey for well over 20 years as instructors, coaches, players, riders and ramp builders. Park DX is our way at Demon Xtreme of providing a community hub for all action sports enthusiasts across East Anglia and beyond. Our aim is to provide a place for skaters and riders alike to call their own, meet and get the products they want at some of the best prices around. If there is something you are looking for just ask that's what we're here for.

We are constantly running competitions and Events all around Essex and beyond, supporting Skate Park projects and Councils all over the County to invest and nurture our shared passion. We strive to push the Action Sports Scene in area to its full potential with huge plans in the works, WATCH THIS SPACE!!!

MEMBERSHIP

DAILY - Ł3 daily membership (for those who rarely use the Skate Park) + Ł3 per session.

or

YEARLY - Ł20 (for those using the Skate Park regularly you can pay a 1 off charge of Ł20 this eliminates the daily membership fee and therefore whenever you turn up within those 12 months it's just Ł3 per session!!!).

ALL SESSIONS Ł3 that's just Ł1.50p per HOUR!!!

HOW IT WORKS

Before entry every person entering the Skate Park must have filled out and signed (signed by a parent or guardian if under 16) the membership waiver form (Download here). This form contains the basic rules and indemnities to ensure the park is used in accordance with our safety guidelines. Once this is completed you are now a member of Park DX.

All park users MUST wear a safety helmet (available to rent at Ł2 a day if required)

All 16yrs and under MUST have a waiver form signed by a parent or guardian before arrival if unaccompanied.

All 12yrs and under MUST be fully supervised by an adult.

BY ROAD

Colchester is about an hour's drive away from central London and is connected by a network of well maintained, major road routes to the South East, the Midlands and the North via the A12, M25 and A14.

Following the brown 'Leisure World' road signs provides excellent direction to near us along all roads into Colchester

(We are in the cowdray centre on other side of road from leisure world).

Park DX has substantial parking available on the Cowdray Business Park, with space for mini-buses and coaches

BY TRAIN

Colchester's main line North Station providing an InterCity service to London Liverpool Street, Norwich and Harwich International Port, is just ten minutes walk away from Park DX.

BY BUS

Buses arrive at Colchester's main bus station at Queen Street, just ten minutes walk away from Colchester Cowdray Centre through the picturesque award winning grounds of Castle Park.

Local bus routes stop just a few minutes walk to the main entrance to the park.

National Express Coach Services offer a daily timetable linking Colchester to all principle towns and cities in Britain.
